Application project of automated quality control on ball bearing production.

Goals

Validation of conformity in autonomous control

• Count and measure beads.
• Check the homogeneity of their temperatures.

Solution implemented

• AX Vision software suite with C&M modules (control and measurement) + AI 

• Device: 1 thermal camera connected to a micro PC equipped with AX Vision C&M.

Specifics points

• Real time temperature control with thermal mapping of the units.
• Large amount of data with thermography for each unit.
